I’ve been helping Chris Brown over at Ride Whistler this past year to update his Snowmobile Tour and Rental website at ridewhistler.ca. I helped to migrate his existing WordPress website over to a faster hosting service, optimize the imagery and speed up the load times and also expand and clean-up the WooCommerce portion of his site to include a a new inventory of snowmobile related safety equipment and apparel.
Chris offers local professional guided tours and training around Whistler BC and attracts a wide base of clients from all over the world and with some of the best snow conditions, Whistler is a great place to get away and really have a true backcountry experience while learning from one of the best technical riders in the industry. Chris doesn’t offer typical guided tours, you’ll leave with new riding skills and heightened backcountry safety experience. With over 150 hours of avalanche training, Chris teaches avalanche courses and wants everyone to go home with a new level of Avalanche awareness which is essential for this type of sport.
Ride Whistler offers ‘Ride and Stay packages‘, Riding Clinics throughout the Winter season and you can also rent of Snowmobiles and Snowbikes and have them delivered locally in Whistler or Pemberton. When you are visiting Whistler, they also provide lodging with full catering and fuel for customers. It’s a great way to warm–up and relax after a long day of riding. The website offers a full store of gear and safety equipment as well, which you can have delivered or have ready for when you are in Whistler.
If you are a fan of snowmobiling or backcountry exploring then check out Ride Whistler and visit their Facebook page or follow their Instagram page. They have loads of information there and some great videos of backcountry snowmobiling experiences.
